Polyaluminium chloride varies in content and colour. What causes this? The synthesis method of aluminum chloride is also one of the factors. Polyaluminum chloride manufacturers tell you about two conventional synthesis methods.

 

1. By boiling pyrolysis, crystallized aluminum chloride is carried out boiling pyrolysis at 170℃, and hydrogen chloride released is absorbed into 20% hydrochloric acid and recycled. Then add water at more than 60℃ for curing polymerization, and then through curing, drying, crushing, to produce solid polyaluminum chloride finished products.

 

 

2. Aluminum ash hydrochloric acid method, aluminum ash (mainly composed of alumina and aluminum) was added into the reactor pre-added into washing water in a certain proportion. Hydrochloric acid was slowly added under agitation for condensation polymerization. The liquid product is diluted, filtered, evaporated, concentrated and dried to produce solid polyaluminium chloride product.
