Polyacrylamide is a linear polymer, widely used in water treatment, paper, mineral processing, oil fields, etc., but the price of PAM is more expensive in the current market, so polyacrylamide need to save the use, how to reduce the cost of PAM?
1. To save cost in the use of polyacrylamide, we first need to choose the model of polyacrylamide, the principle is to choose the best effect of their own wastewater treatment. Expensive polyacrylamides are not necessarily suitable for their own factory wastewater treatment, and the cheaper one maybe lead to the treatment of wastewater effect is poor, but will increase the cost.

2.  Polyacrylamide is generally solid particles, the use of a solution that needs to be configured into a certain solubility, the concentration is usually between 0.1% and 0.3%, too thick or too thin will affect the effect, waste agents, increase the cost.
3. When the polyacrylamide is in an aqueous solution, it usually takes 30 to 50 minutes for the polyacrylamide to fully dissolve, a suitable stirring device is required for the solution, and if the temperature is low, the solution time is increased.
